This Privacy Policy sets out the types of information "Drawana-Stories" collects from customers and how it will use that information.

"Drawana-Stories" attaches great importance to the protection of privacy.

"Drawana-Stories" collects your personal data when you order on the platform.
Your order implies that you give your consent to our general conditions and to the use of your personal data.
This data is processed solely for the purpose of sending your package to you.
Personal data is kept for as long as you do not request its removal.
The data will be exclusively, for what is necessary for the purposes indicated above, communicated to the following third parties:
- Postal, transport and delivery companies for the delivery of your packages
- To tax and social security authorities due to our legal obligations.

- The customs agency for international delivery requiring a passage of customs control.

The deliveries
The price is payable when ordering.
All payments must be made using the following methods:
- Debit bank card
- Credit card
- Bank transfer
Payments are made through secure transactions provided by the provider.
Payment data is protected and processed by HIPAY. They are also subject to the general conditions established by HIPAY. In the event of inconvenience resulting from the use and/or payment via/from HIPAY, "Drawana-Stories" disclaims all liability.
Payment Information
For deliveries, the buyer must be delivered to his home, to a third party or to a Relay point of his choice.
If the delivery address is not correct, the customer is considered responsible, this can in no case generate additional costs.
When ordering, "Drawana-Stories" undertakes to make every effort to ensure that the specified deadlines are respected.

Returns and Refunds
Regarding the items in stock sold to the buyer, in accordance with article L121-20-12 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has "a withdrawal period of 14 completed calendar days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to give reasons or bear penalties”. The buyer can therefore request a refund or an exchange from "Drawana-Stories". However, the cost of return and the cost of shipping a new product in the case of an exchange, will be borne by the buyer.
If you encounter a problem after receiving a product, the return of the goods sold on the site must be made within 7 days after notification to the seller of the decision to withdraw and will only be possible if the product is returned. in its original packaging, complete, and in good condition (unwashed for T-shirts) thus allowing them to be remarketed in new condition.
Following the customer's request for withdrawal, "Drawana-Stories" will refund you within 14 days of notification of receipt of the withdrawal request. In the absence of receipt of the product or proof of shipment of the said product within this period, "Drawana-Stories" reserves the right to postpone the refund until the day of receipt of the product.
If it is a size problem, it is possible for you not to inform us of the problem, you will then have the possibility of exchanging the article or of having recourse to a refund.
Price
The prices of the products and services displayed on the site are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT and other applicable taxes) and do not take into account potential delivery costs. The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
However, the prices applicable to the order are those in force at the time of confirmation thereof.
The shipping costs include the current postal rates as well as the packaging costs.
For the shipping time, it is 3-4 weeks for each item.
Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the buyer and may be different from the billing address.
Delivery times by post are approximately 1 to 2 working days for Belgium, and 2 to 4 working days for metropolitan France.
"Drawana-Stories" cannot be held responsible for late delivery or loss of parcels if it is caused by the carrier. The times indicated above are therefore approximate and cannot in any case give rise to an order cancellation, a refund for this reason, deductions or even damages.
